Terms and conditions of sale

Payment terms

Payment terms of this agreement are strictly sixty percent (60%) of the job order. This is across the board for blinds, curtains and shutters. No orders will be processed without the 60% deposit.

Payment balance

The full balance (of 40%) will be required on install or within 24 hours unless otherwise agreed with Pretlove's Blinds Ltd.

Manufacturing faults

Any manufacturing fault or concerns must be made aware to Pretlove's Blinds Ltd within 3 working days of installation.

Lead time

Lead times are given for an estimated delivery from our manufacturers. This is an estimate to try and provide fair time to arrange install. Therefore, deliveries are not the principle of the contract and Pretlove's Blinds Ltd will not be held at any point accountable for specific delivery dates that have been affected by occurrences outside of its jurisdiction.


Should the client need to postpone, notice must be given 24 hours prior to the confirmed delivery or installation date. If times are not met, a cancellation fee of £110 will be charged.


Deposits for supplies ordered that are in fabrication are non-refundable.


All products remain the property of Pretlove's Blinds Ltd until order is paid in full.

Installation access

The client is accountable for ensuring suitable access to the location of install. Further costs may be added to the final order if requirements cannot be met.

Disposal of materials

We believe in helping the environment, so we ask that all packaging materials will be left on site for the client's disposal in the correct manner. Any non-recyclable packaging materials will be removed from site by Pretlove's Blinds Ltd.

Disagreement resolution

Should any disagreements arise, Pretlove's Blinds Ltd reserves the right to require compensation for any goods supplied in order to resolve the problem to Pretlove's Blinds Ltd and the client's mutual satisfaction.


All manufactured goods are measured by our surveyor or fitter, and installed in a way deemed suitable by Pretlove's Blinds Ltd. Both parties must agree upon any rare or remarkable requests clearly in writing.

Provided-only basis

Goods provided on a 'provided only' basis are done so on the understanding that the client is fully responsible for the measurements given to Pretlove's Blinds Ltd and the installation of the goods is the client's responsibility.


Should any alteration take place to the area after original measurements are taken that would affect installation, the client will be held liable for payment to alter/remake the goods and re-installation.


Pretlove's Blinds Ltd offer a two-year guarantee on blinds and four-year guarantee on shutters. This offer excludes inappropriate use, factors beyond Pretlove's Blind Ltd control, and fair wear and tear.

Colour variation

Pretlove's Blinds Ltd cannot be held responsible for differences in colour shade from samples supplied and actual goods. Colour samples are indicative only and Pretlove's Blinds Ltd cannot be held responsible for any differences between batches.


We will only use information you provide in relation to your order. For processing your order and providing the goods on installation, we will also inform you of similar products or services that we provide. If you would prefer not to receive any marketing, please let us know and we will remove your files with immediate effect.
